Download Hot Ticket (Guest Area Pass)

Get out of the crowds for a breather with access to the official Download Guest Area. Passes allow you access to the guest area over 3 days.

The general Download Guest Area is a secure, exclusive area within the festival site. You will have unlimited access to this area during the festival and even for an hour or so after the main arena closes.

There are undercover facilities, toilet trailers, private cash bars, dining options and strange random occurrences! It’s a place to hang out and relax with a beer. *

If you have purchased a RIP package you do not need to purchase the 3-Day Guest Area Pass, as access to the guest area is already included.

Your Guest Area Pass gives you access to all general Guest Area locations. It does not permit access to any private areas within the main guest area which may be exclusively held by sponsors, Live Nation or third parties.

If you are just buying the Hot Ticket by itself you will also need to purchase a full weekend festival ticket.

Lockers are available for your small valuables (phones, cameras, wallets). Campsite lockers are equipped with a 12v cigarette lighter style power socket for you to plug your in-car charger for your phone, iPod, camera etc in to. Should you not have a 12v charger, most phone chargers are available to purchase from £5 on www.lockerhouse.co.uk or on-site, subject to availability.

You will get to keep a souvenir branded padlock after the event too! Book now, and be sure to keep your stuff safe all weekend.

Your locker will be available to you 24 hrs a day and they will be security managed, lockers will be open from Wednesday ‘til Monday. CCTV is also fitted for added security of your belongings. Please note, campsite lockers are approximately 25cm wide x 15.5cm deep x 10cm high - so they are the right size for small valuables (mobiles, wallets, cameras).

N.B. Customers who are camping will only have access to the lockers situated in the campsite area. Your ticket will not be transferrable to the lockers in the arena as these are exclusively for day ticket holders.

Customers who have booked a locker will be issued an electronic email voucher from Lockerhouse 7 days prior to the festival. This will enable you to register swiftly at the Lockerhouse Box Office which you will find adjacent to the lockers on site.

N.B. Lockers will not be made available to Weekend Arena Only ticket holders as a supplementary ticket option. There will be lockers in the arena which will be available at a daily rate TBC.  They will be available on the Lockerhouse website to preorder at a daily rate when day tickets go on sale. Alternatively they will be available on the day.

Car parking ticket costs the same whether for one day or the whole festival period and you can come and go as you please.

This ticket will be available until 4pm on Monday 27th May.  After this time, car park tickets will only be sold as you drive in to the car park for £25.00, subject to availability.

If you are bringing a motorbike, parking is free of charge.  The bike park is located on the hard standing area in the West Car Park.
