Saturday draws to a close with an almighty bang

Saturday draws to a close with an almighty bang

Yesterday we were treated to momentous performances from Alice Cooper, Skunk Anansie, System of a Down to name a few…

And we’re ready to do it all over again today! Who’s with us!?

After being treated to a live acoustic set from Skunk Anansie earlier in the day, we legged it to the main stage just in time to catch Skin bounding on stage to the sound of Yes It’s Fucking Political (read our full write-up here).

Check out our videos and interviews pages for more.

System of a Down killed it on the main stage later on, just as the heavens opened. This was no deterrent, though – thousands swarmed to the main stage to see Serj Tankian and co play a set that had the crowd moshing right the way through.

Avenged Sevenfold were awesome as expected, with a blinding set complete with pyrotechnics – did you manage to catch their set? Let us know what you think on Twitter or Facebook, and remember to follow us to keep up to date on all the latest gossip and goings on backstage.

We’re out and about all day today again, gearing up for tonight’s headliners Linkin Park and Rob Zombie.
