DOWNLOAD FESTIVAL TO GO GLOBAL WITH LIVE STREAMING

This year’s Download has just got even bigger, with the announcement that the majority of performances from the Main Stage are to be streamed LIVE right here on www.downloadfestival.co.uk throughout the weekend of 12th-14th June.

Following on from 2007’s hugely successful live web stream of the festival, including Iron Maiden’s epic main stage performance, this free broadcast means a global audience will be able to enjoy a selection of the incredible performances coming live from this year’s Download Main Stage.

In addition to the live performances there will also be exclusive behind the scenes news reports coming live from our reporters Rhodri Thomas and Katie P. Highlights will also be broadcast on VH1 Classic and MTV Palladia as well as a special episode of That Metal Show, the rock talk-show hosted by Eddie Trunk with co-hosts Jim Florentine and Don Jamieson.
